Unfortunately, 1st Formations is currently unable to assist with the drafting of shareholder agreements. However, we will be pleased to provide you with a referral to a solicitor who will be able to undertake this on your behalf. The solicitor fees for the agreement drafting start from approximately £750 +VAT.
