Do I need to renew my services if I haven't traded?

If your company hasn't been involved in any trading activities (dormant) and you'd like to keep using our services, you'll still need to renew. This is because at Companies House there is no differentiation made between actively trading companies and dormant companies. This means that every company, regardless of its trading status, is still required by law to have an address registered with Companies House and fulfil its statutory filing obligations. These obligations include submitting annual accounts and confirmation statements.
