It is not letting me proceed without adding a PSC - what do I do?

A PSC is a shareholder in the company with more than 25% (i.e. 26% or more) of shares and this must be accurately reflected. To proceed, simply click EDIT next to the name(s) of the relevant shareholders on the appointments page, and ensure you have selected the position of Person of Significant Control (PSC).
