Do I still need to file a confirmation statement if my company is dormant?

All private limited companies (and LLPs), whether dormant or active, must deliver a confirmation statement to Companies House every 12 months. Whilst a company may not be trading, certain details about the internal structure of the business may change. Therefore, you must confirm that the information held at Companies House is correct at a given date each year.
