What is the Company Secretarial Trust Badge?

  The Company Secretarial Trust Badge is a feature exclusive to customers who have subscribed to our Full Company Secretary Service. It is available to all eligible 1st Formations customers who have an active Full Company Secretary Service. We provide eligible customers with a copy of our trust badge (shown above) to prominently display on their website. What are trust badges and why are they important? It demonstrates to their customers, suppliers, business partners, and investors that they take their compliance responsibilities seriously by ensuring: Timely completion of annual filings by experts Accurate and correct handling of changes to their company in accordance with legislation Maintenance and accurate updating of their company's registers Why do we want our customers to use our badge? We aim to expand the community of customers using our trust badge and establish it as the leading trust badge in our industry. All customers who use our trust badge are eligible for a 20% discount when renewing their Full Company Secretary Service. How customers can use the badge 1) Customers can request copies of the badge by contacting members@1stformations.co.uk. 2) Customers must not modify the badge, except for resizing, and must not use it to imply endorsement of any product or service. 3) Customers should only use the badges provided. 4) If a customer uses the badge, they are required to link it back to https://www.1stformations.co.uk/. Can we help a customer update their website?  Whilst we cannot update a website for a customer we have developed iframe code they can simply copy and paste into their website builder.
