Who can manage my account?To keep your account safe, only the main account holder (called the "primary account holder") can contact us or make changes. We only accept emails from the email address listed on your account. This helps protect your personal and business information. Can I add or authorise someone else on my account?No. For security reasons, we cannot add or authorise other people to access or manage your account. Letting someone else access your account could cause a data breach. Even if the request comes from a business partner, team member, or family member, we can only speak to the person listed as the main contact. How can I change the main person on the account?If you want someone else to manage your account, you can change the main account holder by following these steps: Log into your account Go to ‘My Details’ on your dashboard Update the name, email address, or username The new person listed will then become the main contact for the account.
