When you have a query for the London Mail Team relating to a customer query, the following process should be followed:   PROCESS SST calls/queries to the London Mail Team should always be made to the general number pickup number #7101 SST written request to the London Mail Team should always be made to mailservice@[rapid/1st/quality] or mailteamlondon@bluesquareoffices.com Any mail special request for mail handling should always be agreed/confirmed by the London Mail Team prior to being confirmed to customers
