Company dissolving (filed themselves) – Discount policy for renewals

BACKGROUND In an instance where a company is using our address service(s) and is listed on Companies House as in the middle of either Voluntary or Compulsory strike off (dissolution), not filed by ourselves via our Company Dissolution Service, we can offer the customer a lower rate for their address service(s), to cover the period of their company’s dissolution, if they ask for a discount. PROCESS 1.    The customer must ask for a reduced price for their address service(s), either before the renewal date or after their renewal has been processed. 2.    Check Companies House to ascertain that the company is already going through either voluntary or compulsory strike off. 3.    If they are, offer the customer the below prices to extend their address service(s): Reduced prices Registered Office – £10.00 + VAT Service Address – £8.00 + VAT Business Address – £20.00 + VAT Please note: When charging these prices, please ensure you charge them as a ‘one-off’ cost per service – do not leave their address service prices as these reduced prices in the customer’a account, as this will lead to all future address service renewals for this customer being charged at these prices.
