Request to turn off auto-renewal of services
BACKGROUND We have a dedicated Services Manager – Angus Park – who is the only person authorised to turn off the auto-renewals on any account. Telephone Complete the security procedure with the customer by asking three questions and advise that you will pass on their call to the Services Manager to assist them further. Transfer the call to Angus Park on 8184 and briefly explain the situation to Angus and confirm you have completed security. If Angus is unavailable, contact Keziah on 8102.
