Request to transfer existing address service from a dissolved company to another company
As a rule, we do not transfer address services from one company to another. If the company has been dissolved, and we have subsequently taken a renewal for address services after their company dissolved, then they may be entitled to a refund. Please follow the refund procedure if this is the case. The customer can then purchase the address services for their other company. Instructions: switchover Business Address Service to Digital Business Address Service First – cancel the currently running Business Address Service Navigate to the COMPANY overview page Select ‘Services’ in the top menu Navigate to the ‘Business Address’ service and ensure it does not state ‘Digital Business Address Service’. Note down the expiry date Note down the forwarding address in full Check that the customer has no held mail. If they do then you must inform the Mail Team that you have switched them over. Press the red ‘cancel’ icon next to the address service. Select ‘Yes, be gone!’. Next – set up the Digital Business Address Service in its place Navigate to the COMPANY overview page Select ‘Setup Service’ on the right hand side of the overview page Under ‘Set Up Service’, select ‘Digital Business Address Service’ from the drop down menu Under ‘Forwarding Address’, select the drop down box for ‘Previously used’ and select the address you noted down in step 5 above. Next to ‘Renewal Date’ – select the expiry date you noted down in step 4 above. Select ‘Create Service’.
