Your scanned mail is sent to the primary email address we have on file. This is the email address we sent you the announcement of the launch of our Business Address Service for scan and email to. Should you wish to change this email address, please follow these steps: Log in to your online client area Select ‘My Details’ In the ‘Email Addresses’ section, enter the email address you wish for your Business Address Service mail to be scanned and emailed to Select ‘Update Details’ to save these changes
