Renewal Discounts

Some of our customers request to cancel their address service renewal when they are informed of the price they will have to pay to renew. For many customers, this price is a lot higher than the discounted price they paid in the first instance, if they purchased their address services in a package. Should a customer request to cancel their address service renewal, please always ask for the reason prior to cancelling their service(s). If they state they are dissolving their company, offer them our Company Dissolution Service. If they state we are too expensive, you can offer up to a 20% discount. You should always state the discounted price to them. INSTRUCTIONS One off discount Add the service to the customer’s basket. Change the price of renewal to the discounted amount. Checkout. Ongoing discount Go to the Company’s Overview page Click on Services in the sub-menu where you will see a list of Expired Services. Take a note of the name(s) of the service(s) you wish to change the renewal price of, e.g. London Registered Office (pay annually). Return to the Company’s Overview page by selecting Overview in the sub-menu Click on the Customer’s name in the Overview box Click on Prices on the sub-menu Click on Products Scroll down to the relevant section, e.g. Registered Office or Officer Service Address Identify the correct product, e.g. London Registered Office (pay annually) 50% discount. Please also be careful to choose the correct location (London or Glasgow). Click on the Pencil icon of the product you wish to change the price. Enter the new price, and select Submit Changes. You will be returned to the pricing page with the message ‘Update successful’ visible. You can see if this change is reflected in their services section by switching to customer.
