How do I import my company to your website?: Customer already has an account

Please log in to your account using your username and password. Select the blue ‘Companies’ tab at the top of the page and then select ‘Import Company via Auth Code’. Click this button and you will be prompted to enter the following details: Company Number – if you do not have this, you can get this from the Companies House website at the following link https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/ by typing in your company name. Authentication Code (known as Auth Code) – this is a 6 digit code (which may consist of letters or number or a combination of letters and numbers) which Companies House would have issued with the original documentation for your company. The number may also be on other correspondence from Companies House.  If you do not have this code you can simply request a new code on Companies House website – https://www.gov.uk/guidance/company-authentication-codes-for-online-filing The code will be posted to your company’s Registered Office and this is normally done within 5 working days. You will not be able to import your company details onto our system until you have both of the numbers required as they are mandatory to allow us to access your company’s data from Companies House. Once customer has both pieces of information. When both pieces of information have been inputted, click the continue option and the details of your company will appear on your screen.  Once you have confirmed that the details are correct, you should click the button “Import”.  This will create all of the publicly available information from Companies House on our system.
