CoSec Team SLAs and what to inform customers regarding delivery times

Last updated: 01/08/2022 Standard delivery times (SLAs) for CoSec services Service SLA Confirmation Statement (Standard) Filed within 3 working days Confirmation Statement (Express) Filed within 1 working day Dormant Company Accounts Filed within 3 working days Dormant Company Accounts (Express) Filed within 1 working day Company Dissolution Filed within 5 working hours Issue of Shares 3 working days Transfer of Shares 3 working days Full Company Secretary Service 5 working days Certificate of Good Standing (Standard) Issued within 5 working days Certificate of Good Standing (Express) Issued within 24 hours Company Name Change 4 working days Director Appointment/Resignation 3 working days Apostilled Documents 14 working days (Subject to FCDO sending back document(s)) Things to remember It should be made clear to the customer at the point of purchase what the SLA is (in rare cases, due to clients not getting back to us or unexpected challenges, work may take a little longer), and the customer should be made aware of what follow up actions to expect e.g. a questionnaire to fill out, a document to sign. If a customer has an urgent piece of work which requires prioritisation, please call CoSec beforehand to confirm if it is possible to complete the work quicker. It is not acceptable to promise a client a turnaround time that’s lower than our standard SLA, and then inform CoSec after the fact. If a customer does require an urgent piece of work, and this is agreed with CoSec beforehand, please email a note to the relevant CoSec inbox confirming the agreed timescales. Whilst we endeavour to contact all customers as soon as possible to get the work going, please do not provide precise estimates as to when this email will be received is expected to be received without confirming with CoSec beforehand.
