Customer wants to delete their data – GDPR
BACKGROUND We need to ensure that any changes to the customer account are requested by the customer and the customer alone (NOT Shareholders or Directors). This is to ensure that changes are not made by members without the account holder’s knowledge. Any instructions should only be actioned upon receipt from the email address on file. Advise the customer that we can delete the data for them, but they will need to email this request to info@[brandname] from the email address we have on file. Once a request has been made from the customer’s email address, please email andrew@rapidformations.co.uk with the company’s details and the request for erasure.
