Top up an account using a card already on eFiling

For security reasons, you should only process a payment if the request is from the named customer who we have listed on the account. To ensure this, you should confirm the name of whom you are speaking to and pass at least 3 security questions with them. Once the customer has passed security, please follow the below instructions: 1.    Confirm the reason they wish to top up their account. If the reason they wish to top up their account is for minus funds, inform the customer that all held mail will be forwarded to them 2.    In the ‘Customer Overview’ section, select ‘Switch to Customer’ 3.    In the ‘Finances’ menu, select ‘Payment on Account’ 4.    If the account is in minus funds, the payment amount will automatically be set to clear that amount. If the account is not in minus funds, it will be set automatically to £40.00 5.    Confirm the amount the customer wishes to top their account up with 6.    Type the amount in 7.    Select ‘Add Funds’ 8.    Process the payment
