Change an address on an account

BACKGROUND We need to ensure that any changes to the customer account are requested by the customer and the customer alone (NOT Shareholders or Directors). This is to ensure that changes are not made by members without the account holder’s knowledge. Any instructions should only be actioned upon receipt from the email address on file. Primary/Billing address changes Advise the customer that they can make the necessary changes by logging in to their account 1.      On the Customer Dashboard, select ‘My Details 2.      Under ‘Postal Address’, update the Primary and/or Billing address Forwarding address changes The customer’s forwarding addresses may need to be updated. To do this: 1.      Select ‘Services’ from the top menu tab 2.      Select ‘View all services’ 3.      Select ‘Details next to an address service, then select the pencil on the bottom right next to ‘Forwarding address’. Repeat for all relevant address services that require a change of address. If the customer is having difficulties changing their own address They should send an email from the primary or username email on file, to one of the following email addresses, with their request and their company name: info@rapidformations.co.uk, info@1stformations.co.uk, info@qualityformations.co.uk Once received, you can switch to customer and make the changes as per the above instructions
