Change the mail forwarding address on an account

INSTRUCTIONS For security reasons, you should only change account details if the request is from the named customer who we have listed on the account. To ensure this, you should confirm the name of whom you are speaking to and pass at least 3 security questions with them. Once the customer has passed security, please follow the below instructions: 1. Click on the Customer’s name on eFiling. 2. Select ‘Contacts’ at the top of the page. 3. Under ‘Addresses’ click on the ‘Add’ button. 4. Enter the new address the customer wishes to update to, then select ‘Add’. 5. Access the Company Overview page by clicking on ‘Companies’ and then the company name you wish to update the forwarding address for. 6. Select ‘Services’ at the top of the page. 7. Click the ‘View’ button next to the service you wish to update the forwarding address for. 8. Under ‘Forwarding Address’, select the new address from the dropdown menu. 9. Once the address has been selected, click on ‘Update’. This will update the forwarding address for the service with immediate effect on eFiling. Please note: you will have to repeat this process for each address service the customer has with us. If the customer has more than one company and wishes to also change the forwarding address for other companies, you will need to follow the process for each company and each service. If you are struggling with taking the address over the phone, politely ask the customer to send the information via email from the email address we have on file.
