Change the telephone number on an account

INSTRUCTIONS For security reasons, you should only change the account details if the request is from the named customer who we have listed on the account. To ensure this, you should confirm the name of whom you are speaking to and pass at least 3 security questions with them. Once the customer has passed security, please follow the below instructions: 1. Click on the Customer’s name on eFiling. 2. Select ‘Contacts’ at the top of the page. 3. Under ‘Telephone Numbers’ you will see a field named “Enter new telephone number…” 4. Enter the new telephone number in this field, then select ‘Add’. 5. Immediately below, under ‘Telephone Assignments’, assign the new telephone number accordingly to the ‘Primary’ and ‘Billing’ fields, by selecting the dropdown boxes. 6. Once all assignments have been made, click ‘Set Assignments’. This will update the contact telephone number with immediate effect on eFiling.
