Did you sell my data? I just formed my company and now I keep getting spam marketing calls / emails

We do not pass data onto anyone other than third party companies who you have opted into (e.g. if you chose a business bank referral). Unfortunately, once a company is formed on Companies House, we are aware that some newly formed companies do see an increase in spam marketing calls and emails. We do not know how these marketing companies obtain email and phone number information for these newly formed companies, but please rest assured that we have not sold this data, nor have our systems been breached.
