How long does it take to process a refund?

BACKGROUND All refunds must be approved and processed by the Refunds Team. All customers will be be contacted on the same working day their refund request is received, unless the request is after 5 pm. Anything after 5 pm or on weekends will be contacted on the next working day. Once a refund has been approved and processed, it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement; however, it can appear sooner and this is dependent on your card issuer.
