What size and weight restrictions are there for parcels?

BACKGROUND We are a mail forwarding service – not a depot. As a result, we are unable to accept very large or very heavy parcels. Our Terms and Conditions cite our size and weight restrictions, which are the following: Weight: No heavier than 5kg Size: No larger than 500mm x 500mm (or 50 cm x 50cm)
