Resend Order Fulfilled email to another email address
BACKGROUND We need to ensure that any changes to the customer account are requested by the customer and the customer alone (i.e. not Shareholders or Directors). This is to ensure that changes are not made by members without the account holder’s knowledge. Any instructions should only be actioned upon receipt from the email address on file. Advise the customer that we can send it to another email address, but they will need to request this from the email address we have on file to the info@[brand] email. Once received from either the primary or username email address, please do the following: Go to the Company Overview page for the relevant company on eFiling Select ‘View Order’ Scroll down and click on ‘Email’ under ‘Documents’ Enter the new email address Select ‘Send’ Customer hasn’t received their incorporation / company formation documents BACKGROUND The printed company formations documents are sent out by the Dispatch Team in Glasgow. You should therefore check with the Dispatch Team whether these documents have been dispatched yet. The Dispatch Team can check and confirm this as well as providing a tracking number in certain instances.
