I paid for Pre-Submission Review, so why has my company been rejected by CH?
Locate the relevant rejection via the eFiling rejection tab (‘Forms’ with the red flag). If it is something we should have spotted, apologise to the customer explaining that human error has occurred, and that we will be happy to amend the error and resubmit the corrected application to Companies House. If the rejection is due to documentation being incorrect – please quote section 2.4 of our Specific Terms and Conditions below: 1st and Rapid 2.4.e: “Where orders are made for our Pre-Submission Review, this review will not extend to reviewing or inspecting documents uploaded to our website – it is your responsibility to ensure completeness, compliance and accuracy of all such documents prior to their submission. ” Quality 2.4.e: “Any orders which are placed for the Pre-Submission Review are your concern, and you need to confirm that your documents are accurate, complete and compliant before you submit them.”
