Customer hasn’t received their company seal

BACKGROUND The company seal can take up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to be received and sent out by the Dispatch Team in Glasgow. The Dispatch Team can check and confirm when the seal is due to be sent, as well as provide a tracking number in certain instances where the seal has already been sent. Customer is on the phone Transfer the call to the Dispatch Team: Danielle (#8796) or Anne on (#8183).
