Prospective customer wants to purchase a service without having a customer account

BACKGROUND: Most of our services can be purchased directly through our website without having an account with us. However, there are services that can only be purchased through an account, such as: VAT Registration PAYE Registration GDPR Compliance Package Sub-division, Consolidation, Re-denomination, Bonus Issue and Purchase of Own Shares Reduction of Capital Company Secretarial Appointments Determine which service the customer requires. If the service can be purchased without an account:      Guide them to where it is on our website.      Tell them to select ‘Buy Now’      Ask them to complete the form. If the service is not on our website and needs to be purchased through a customer account:     Advise them of this and ask them to create an account by clicking “Log In” on our website.     Once the account has been created, they will need to import their company     Click on the company and head to the ‘Shop’ tab. Here they can purchase the required services.
