Customer cannot add new address during application without changing another address

Whenever a customer cannot add a new address without changing another, they are incorrectly editing an address instead of adding a new one on the system. This happens because by pressing ‘Edit’, eFiling automatically changes all addresses where this address is in use. This can cause problems, especially when the customer wishes to add an alternative address. Ensure the customer adds a new address instead of editing one already on the system.
