Customer wants to know if we received their order (manual order)
PROCESS 1. Search and access the company name on eFiling. 2. Confirm the service the customer has purchased and is requesting an update for. 3. Select the customer name on eFiling and click on the ‘Finances’ tab. If an invoice has been raised, you will be able to confirm the order has been received. 4. If no invoice has been raised on the account or you are unable to find the company in question, please contact the Dispatch Team (Anne or Danielle) for confirmation of the order.
