Post-Incorporation Digital Switchovers - SST
AIM: For the SST to provide a seamless and quick switchover to the Digital Business Address Service so that all future mail for customers will be sent via scan and email. IMPORTANT: You must check to see if there is any held mail in the post section before starting this process. If there is held mail then an email should be sent to mailteamlondon@bluesquareoffices.com with confirmation. If this is not done and the service is cancelled then the mail team will not know to forward it on. PROCESS: Go to the company profile. Select ‘Services’ and bring this up into two tabs (Tab 1 and 2). You will use one Tab 1 to revert to the information on forwarding addresses and terms of service. Select ‘Create Service’ on Tab 2. Select the Digital Business Address from the ‘Choose a Service’ dropdown. Select the Forwarding Address that can be found on Tab 1 (Services page). Copy the Renewal date from Tab 1 into the new Terms of Service section. Click Create Service. Go back to Tab 1 and check the details match between the old Business Address and the new Digital Business Address. Turn off the auto-renewal of the Business Address service. Delete the Business Address Service. When will the mail be sent? Mail can’t be scanned on the same day. If they have the relevant KYC then it will be scanned and emailed the next day. If they don’t have KYC, it will be scanned the day after the KYC is approved.
