Out of Hours/ Weekend Working – IT issues

AIM – As we have reduced staff on the weekend/out of hours, it is important that any IT issues are reported immediately so that you may get them fixed ASAP. During normal working hours – 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday   For issues that are not preventing you from working, please log a ticket on our ServiceDesk using one of these methods: IT Helpdesk link – Use this link to create a ticket directly on the ServiceDesk. This method allows you to choose the priority level of the issue. Email itsupport@bsqgroup.co.uk – Please describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible, with a relevant email subject line.   If the issue is urgent and you are unable to work normally, please follow up your ticket with a phone call or Teams message to Darren Pickering or Brayden Evans: Call the IT Helpdesk by phone – extension number 7777, or 020 3833 4922 Message Darren Pickering or Brayden Evans directly on Teams   Out of hours – Weekends and outside normal working hours   For issues that are not preventing you from working, please log a ticket on our ServiceDesk using one of these methods: IT Helpdesk link – Use this link to create a ticket directly on the ServiceDesk. COMMON SOLUTIONS: Turn your computer off and on. Check that all plugs are wired correctly. Check your internet connection on the router.
