Taking address service purchases over the phone

When taking a new address service(s) purchases over the phone, you must ensure you clarify with the customer what they want the forwarding address to be for that service. Even if a customer has a digital mailroom service, they may request the original document to be forwarded to them – therefore it is imperative we always have the correct forwarding address on file at all times.
