BACKGROUND This is a 12-month product which cannot be renewed. It allows the customer to dissolve their company at no extra cost via our CoSec Team. Our Company Dissolution service normally costs £89.99, so by purchasing this product the customer would save £55.00 should they choose to dissolve their company within the 12 month period from the date of incorporation. Companies House fee Completion and filing of DS01 form (application to strike off the company) Board Resolution to approve the dissolution Continued use of our Registered Office and Service Address until the company is closed down How to claim The customer should send an email to the relevant info@ email address, requesting to claim their Cancellation Protection. PROCESS ONCE CLAIMED 1. Check the order includes Cancellation Protection 2. Check the date of the incorporation is within 12 months of the date of the claim being made 3. If the claim is valid, assign the Kayako ticket to Nicholas Campion 4.
