Customer wants an update on their PAYE registration
BACKGROUND Gordon Andrew (#8411) is our PAYE agent. If the customer is on the phone 1. Ask the customer if they have purchased PAYE Registration with us, and if they have completed the PAYE application form. a. If they have completed the PAYE application form – transfer the call to Gordon Andrew on #8411. b. If they have not completed the PAYE application form, inform them to refer to the Order Fulfilled email. Within the content of the email is a heading titled ‘PAYE Registration’, and a link for them to complete a short online form. Once completed, we will submit their PAYE Registration to HMRC. This process can take 2-3 weeks
