How do I add a payment onto my account?

To add a payment to your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your online portal using your username and password
  2. Navigate to 'Card Management' on your Customer Dashboard
  3. Check the payment card on your account is showing correctly (if it is not correct then you should proceed to set up a new payment card)
  4. Locate the blue menu at the top of the portal, and proceed to select 'Finances' followed by 'Payment on Account'
  5. Type the amount you wish to add and click 'Add Funds'
  6. Select the payment card you wish to make the payment from and select 'Pay Securely'
