How do I add or remove a statement notification via my online portal?

Removing a company statement

  1. Log in to your account using your username and password
  2. On your Customer Dashboard, select 'My Companies'
  3. Select 'View' next to the relevant company
  4. Proceed to the 'Documents' section located in the menu
  5. Scroll down on the Company Overview until you see the Company Statement
  6. Click the red X next to the statement
  7. Select 'Yes' and type in the effective date this took place
  8. Select 'Submit'
  9. Proceed to your shopping cart, which can be found at the top of the screen, and checkout

Adding a company statement

  1. Log in to your account using your username and password
  2. On your Customer Dashboard, select 'My Companies'
  3. Select 'View' next to the relevant company
  4. Proceed to the 'Documents' section located in the menu
  5. Scroll down on the Company Overview until you see 'Linked Statement'
  6. Click 'Add new statement.'
  7. Fill out the relevant information and press 'Save'
  8. If you opted to file a statement at Companies House, please proceed to your shopping cart, which can be found at the top of the screen, and checkout
