How do I update my Account Holder details in the online portal?

  • Log in to your client account using your username and password
  • On the Customer Dashboard, select ‘My Details’
  • You can update the Account Holder details including account username, password,
  • contact addresses, phone numbers and notification preferences.

Please note: It is not possible to update mail forwarding address details through this section. You will need to make the necessary changes in the 'My Services & Renewals' section of your online portal.
