How do I cancel my services?

Can I cancel services from my dashboard?
No - it is not possible to cancel services directly through your dashboard. Many clients use our address services, so we must confirm your company’s registered office address has been updated with Companies House before cancellation.
If our address is still listed, government mail will continue to come to us. Without active services, we cannot release this mail to you. This can result in missed filings, your company being marked in default, or even dissolved through compulsory dissolution.
Why can’t I cancel online?
Because of the legal obligations tied to some services, we need to manually confirm that all compliance requirements are met before cancellation. This helps protect your company from penalties or dissolution.
What if I’ve already changed my address with Companies House?
If you’ve updated your company’s address, get in touch and we’ll guide you through the next steps to cancel your services.
