How to Update Your Address, Email, or Payment Info

You can make a number of important updates directly through your Customer Portal. These include:

  • Email Address
  • Primary Contact Address
  • Mail Forwarding Address
  • Payment Method
 

To begin, you must first log in to your Customer Portal. Once logged in, follow the relevant steps below:

Email Address

  1. Go to My Details
  2. Update your email address
  3. Click Update Details to save the changes

Primary Contact Address

  1. Go to My Details
  2. Update your primary contact address
  3. Click Update Details to confirm the changes

Mail Forwarding Address

  1. Go to My Services & Renewals
  2. Select an active service and click Details
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Forwarding Address
  4. Choose a recently used address or select Add New Address
  5. Click Submit if adding a new address
  6. Repeat for each active address service

Payment Method

  1. Go to Card Management
  2. Accept the terms and click Set up Payment Authority
  3. Enter your card details and click Pay Securely
  4. Your card will be saved as the Primary Card

Using the Customer Portal allows you to efficiently manage and update your details, helping to ensure uninterrupted service and communication.
