How to Update Your Address, Email, or Payment Info
You can make a number of important updates directly through your Customer Portal. These include:
- Email Address
- Primary Contact Address
- Mail Forwarding Address
- Payment Method
To begin, you must first log in to your Customer Portal. Once logged in, follow the relevant steps below:
Email Address
- Go to My Details
- Update your email address
- Click Update Details to save the changes
Primary Contact Address
- Go to My Details
- Update your primary contact address
- Click Update Details to confirm the changes
Mail Forwarding Address
- Go to My Services & Renewals
- Select an active service and click Details
- Click the pencil icon next to Forwarding Address
- Choose a recently used address or select Add New Address
- Click Submit if adding a new address
- Repeat for each active address service
Payment Method
- Go to Card Management
- Accept the terms and click Set up Payment Authority
- Enter your card details and click Pay Securely
- Your card will be saved as the Primary Card
