IONOS - Complaints Procedure (SST)

IONOS has created a Complaints Tracker for us to log all customer issues. This will allow us to:

  1. Identify any common complaint reasons
  2. Raise the issue with IONOS directly (who will then reach out to the client)
  3. Keep track of the complaint status

Details Required

You won’t need to complete all fields on the spreadsheet but the more you complete, the better! Most fields are obvious, but the customer can provide the following:

 

  • IONOS Customer number/customer ID - this can be found on:
    • email order/contract confirmations
    • Invoices
    • Bank/Credit Card Statement
  • IONOS Contract Number – this can be found following the steps below:
    • Log in to your IONOS account.
    • Click on Menu > My Account in the title bar.
    • In the Contracts & Subscriptions tile, click Display.
