Issue of Shares Service

How the service works:

  • Proceed to checkout and make payment
  • We will email your digital documents within 2-3 working days
  • Once you have signed the documents and completed all other instructions, we'll file your Form SH01 with Companies House.
  • If purchased, we will prepare and file a confirmation statement and PSC filings
