My personal address is on Companies House - how do I remove this?

To remove a personal address that was previously used as a registered office or correspondence address for an officer or subscriber, an application must be submitted to Companies House under section 1088 of the Companies Act 2006.

Our fee for handling this application is £84.99 plus VAT per document on which the address appears. This fee includes the Companies House disbursement charge.
