Check Your Eligibility
Find out about the requirements to use our company formation service.
Step 1: Confirm Age and Status
-
Age Requirement: Whilst the minimum age of a director is 16 years, and there is technically no minimum age for a shareholder, due to compliance complexities, we can only form companies for individuals over the age of 18.
-
Status: We can only form companies for natural persons - this is, people. At this time, we cannot support the formation of subsidiaries where other companies act as shareholders.
Step 2: Confirm Your Country of Residence
Confirm that your country of residence is accepted for the company formation process. This is the country you are currently living in.
