How do I change my forwarding address?

You must carry out the below steps for each active address service you have:

  1. Login to the Online Customer Area
  2. On the Customer Dashboard, select ‘My Services & Renewals’
  3. Select one of your address services marked as ‘Active’ and click ‘Details’
  4. Click the Pencil icon next to ‘Forwarding Address’
  5. Select a recently used address or select ‘Add New Address’
  6. Click ‘Submit’ if adding a new address
  7. Repeat these steps for all address services marked as ‘Active’
