How do I file a director address change via my online portal?

To change your service address, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your account using your username and password
2. On your Customer Dashboard, select 'My Companies'
3. Select 'View' next to the relevant company
4. On the Company Overview, scroll down (below company particulars) and under the Appointments section, select 'Edit' next to the officer's name
5. Select 'Yes - I want to make this an official appointment at Companies House'
6. Scroll down and select 'Choose Service Address' (in the green box)
7. Select 'Add New Address' and enter the new address
8. Select 'Update' 
9. Go to your shopping cart, which you can find at the top of the screen, and checkout
10. This update will be reflected on Companies House within 2 working days
