What information is required to file dormant company accounts?

After purchasing our Standard or Express Dormant Company Accounts Service, our Company Secretarial Team will contact you via email, asking you some questions that you need to answer by email before we can proceed with your filing.

Please note: Any filings made at Companies House require an Authentication Code. If we do not have this code on file, we will request it from you. Without the Authentication Code, we will not be able to submit the Dormant Company Accounts on your behalf.
