Why does the forwarding of business mail incur an additional charge?

Unlike Registered Office or Service Address mail, we impose a fee for processing business-related mail. This is due to the significant variation in the quantity of items received by companies. While some companies may only receive a few items per year, others may receive thousands. To accommodate this variability, mail forwarding is charged at £1.00 per item of mail. Any mail of value, such as bank cards, will be forwarded by post to the forwarding address provided. This will be charged at Royal Mail postal rates plus 15%.
