How do I make a complaint?

If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received and have been unable to find a resolution through our Customer Service Manager or Support Team, you have the option to make a formal complaint by sending an email to complaints@1stformations.co.uk. Please ensure that your email has a subject heading of 'Customer Complaint' and include your full name and order number. Upon receipt of your complaint, an investigation will be conducted into the raised issues and a comprehensive response will typically be provided within one working day. In cases where the matter is particularly complex, it may require additional time to provide a complete response. If this is the case, we will inform you of the steps being taken and provide an estimated timeframe for a full response.
