How do I update my Account Holder details in the online portal?

Log in to your client account using your username and password On the Customer Dashboard, select ‘My Details’ You can update the Account Holder details including account username, password, contact addresses, phone numbers and notification preferences. Please note: It is not possible to update mail forwarding address details through this section. You will need to make the necessary changes in the 'My Services & Renewals' section of your online portal.
