Can I provide my ID documents in Chinese?

In most instances, we are able to accept documents that are submitted in Chinese.

This is because our ID team consists of individuals who are fluent in the languages most commonly used by our customers, including Chinese, and they provide free translation services whenever possible.

However, there may be certain cases where we will need the document to be translated professionally, if we do not have a staff member available for translation.
