After you have purchased our Confirmation Statement Service, you will be sent an email from our Confirmation Statements Team. This email will contain a ‘Get Started’ or 'File Now' button. Please click this button and complete the questionnaire.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may sometimes appear there.

Once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted back to us, we will be able to undertake the filing based on your responses.
